In his current role as the Head for Google for Education in India, Sanjay is responsible for leveraging Google's technology and resources to transform learning experiences across India, making quality education accessible to all, creating a positive societal impact and shaping the future of learning in India. Prior to Google, Sanjay has worked with organizations like Dell, VMware and Microsoft and has over 20 years of experience.

Mr. Rewari is a seasoned expert in AI. He has held executive roles in Silicon Valley companies, leading software product teams to success. He co-founded and was the President of a business intelligence software company based in the San Francisco Bay Area. He started his career as an AI engineer at the biggest AI Technology Center in Massachusetts. Anil is recipient of an Innovative Applications of AI Award by the American Association of Artificial Intelligence (AAAI).

Dr. Dede is a Senior Research Fellow at Harvard Graduate School of Education and was for 22 years its Timothy E. Wirth Professor in Learning Technologies. His fields of scholarship include emerging technologies, policy, and leadership. He has formerly been Chair of the HGSE department of Teaching and Learning. He has co-founded the Silver Lining for Learning initiative. He has been honoured by Harvard University as an outstanding teacher, and named a Fellow of the American Educational Research Association.

Dr. Ritter is Founder and Chief Scientist at Carnegie Learning. He is the author of numerous papers on the design, architecture and evaluation of adaptive instructional systems and is recognized as an expert on using Artificial Intelligence in education. He has received the Best Paper award at the International Conference on Educational Data Mining. At Carnegie Learning, Dr. Ritter leads a research team devoted to using learning engineering to improve the efficacy of the company’s products.

Mr. Barr is a global thought leader on Artificial Intelligence. He has edited a three-volume Handbook of Artificial Intelligence while at Stanford University and then co-founded Teknowledge, an AI startup in Silicon Valley. He’s worked as an independent consultant since 1980, helping clients understand AI, its applications, and potential. For many years, he served as Chair of the IEEE Learning Technology Standards Committee where he worked on wide-scale use of AI in education.

Dr. Satya V. Nitta is co-founder and CEO of Merlyn Mind, a venture backed AI company. He is a technologist and business leader. He was the former global head of the AI solutions for learning department at IBM Research. He has worked with teams to invent and develop technologies related to conversational systems, speech recognition and natural language understanding. He was named the IEEE Ace ‘Innovator of the Year’ and won 'Technology of the Year' awards from both IEEE Spectrum and IEEE ACE.

Dr. Prasenjit Dey is the Senior Vice President of Innovations at Merlyn Mind Inc and Head of its India Operations. He particularly looks at the use of Large Language Models (LLM) and Multi-Agent Systems (MAS) to improve workflow automation and user assistance. In the past he has worked at the intersection of AI and domains such as Education, Retail, and Finance. He has led various global research strategy initiatives and research groups in the past at IBM Research and HP Labs.

As CLO at Khan Academy, Dr. Kristen DiCerbo is responsible for the research-based teaching and learning strategy for Khan Academy’s offerings. She leads the content, design, product management, and community support teams. Formerly, she was Vice-President of Learning Research and Design at Pearson and served as a research scientist supporting in the Cisco Networking Academies. Dr. DiCerbo’s work has consistently been focused on embedding research findings into digital learning experiences.

He has been Professor and Director of the Center for Data Analytics at Maharishi International University in Iowa, USA, for 12 years. He has authored 16 books and made presentations in globally renowned universities, including Harvard. His book ‘Data Analytics Made Accessible’ is the #1 recommended book for Data Analytics for Beginners on Coursera. Dr. Maheshwari graduated from IIT Delhi, did MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, and Ph.D from Case Western University, Ohio.

He did his Ph. D in AI at Carnegie Mellon University under one of the fathers of AI – Allen Newell (Turing Award Laureate). He worked at applying advanced analytics at world-class facilities at Glaxo and Pfeizer. For 15 years has been an executive at PWC and Deloitte in New York. His areas of expertise include AI, data platforms and applications, analytics, governance, data engineering, cloud architecture and technology alliance.

Dr. Ram is the Co-founder, CEO of Gooru that provides Gooru Navigator – a GPS for Learning that helps to personalize learning. Previously, Dr. Ram was the CEO of Navigator Labs, a research organization that develops personalized learning technology. Prior to that, Dr. Ram was the engineering leader at Google Books, Google Maps and Google India R&D. Previously, at Yahoo, Dr. Ram led the development of Yahoo Media Platform.

Mr. Tong is a leading advocate for standardization and AI R&D collaboration between academia and industry. He is also the chair of IEEE 3394 LLM Agent Interface Standard Working Group. He has led joint lab and collaboration efforts with CMU, Columbia University, SRI, Stanford University, and the University of Memphis. He will co-chair the Education Vertical Track of 2024 IEEE Conference on Artificial Intelligence in Singapore in June. He is currently the chief architect at Squirrel Ai Learning.

Dr. Vaithyanathan is a hands-on technology executive with a proven track record of conceiving, building and shipping products in machine learning, NLP and analytics systems. He has built and managed global research and development teams. He is a former IBM fellow and conceived and built SystemT, language for NLP algorithms, SystemML, system for large-scale ML that has been open sourced to Apache. He has co-authored more than 30 papers and granted more than 20 patents.

Dr. Li is a Director of Machine Learning at Adobe Experience Platform, where she leads key initiatives to bring the power of Generative AI and Knowledge Graph to enterprise systems. Previously, she was the Head of Machine Learning at Apple Knowledge Platform. Before joining Apple, she was a Distinguished Research Staff Member and Senior Research Manager at IBM Research - Almaden. She is particularly known for her work in enterprise natural language processing, enterprise search, and database usability.

Dr. Swaminathan is a Sr. Principal Scientist in Adobe Research working at the intersection of data and next-gen content research. His areas of research include video streaming and analytics, recommendations, processing, coding, and digital rights management. His research work has substantially influenced various technologies in Adobe’s media delivery, recommendations, and DRM products. Prior to joining Adobe, Vishy was a senior researcher at Sun Microsystems Laboratories.

Mr. Goodell is editor and co-author of Learning Engineering Toolkit and co-author of 'Student-Centered Learning: Functional Requirements for Integrated Systems to Optimize Learning'. He is Chair of the IEEE Learning Technology Standards Committee. He is also Director of Innovation at Quality Information Partners where he helps lead development of the US Department of Education sponsored Common Education Data Standards and co-facilitates the US Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s T3 Innovation Network.

Dr. Wang is an Associate Professor at Northeastern University, jointly appointed at Khoury College of Computer Sciences and the College of Arts, Media and Design. His research lies at the intersection of human-computer interaction (HCI) and artificial intelligence (AI), with a focus on the exploration, development, and evaluation of human-centered AI (HCAI) systems. Previously, he has been a Senior Staff Member at IBM Research, and a Principal Investigator at MIT-IBM Watson AI Lab.

Dr. Cao is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE), University of Toronto. She earned her PhD from the University of Cambridge and completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship at Harvard University. Her research is situated at the intersection of design, learning, and emerging technologies. She is currently working on the design of collective AI systems that facilitate sustained knowledge building across communities, with the aim of advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Mr. Das is the Assistant Director of Academic Development & Innovation at Gus Global Services, India Limited. He has over 15 years of experience in educational leadership. He has done Masters in Art History and a Postgraduate degree in Academic Practice, along with certifications in Design Thinking from IBM and Design for Change from IDEO U. He has a proven track record in faculty development, having trained over 1000 faculty members.

Ms. Ridhi co-founded AcadAlly, aiming to revolutionize education through the power of AI technology. She has formerly worked with JP Morgan, AMEX, and Nomura. She is a recipient of the Women Leadership Award. Ridhi has conceptualized a comprehensive 360° approach that seamlessly integrates the trinity of what to teach (Curriculum), how to teach (Pedagogy), and the transformative power of artificial intelligence (Technology) to enhance every student’s performance.

Mr. Malhotra is a thought leader, mentor, writer and motivational speaker. For several years, he has heralded transformations in the education landscape through initiatives directed towards professional development of teachers, education innovation and curriculum development. Formerly, in his capacity as an IAS officer, he gained varied experience in administrative & quasi-judicial roles. An avid follower of ancient Indian scriptures, he has authored 14 books on subjects covering spirituality, sustainability and leadership.

Dr. Vinnie Jauhari is an Education Industry Director in the MS World Wide Public Sector Team and is an educationist. She has been involved in driving some of the largest skilling projects in Higher Education in India leading to industry certification such as with Govt of Andhra Pradesh with over 1 lac students certified on MS certifications in new technologies such as AI, Data Sciences, DevOps Productivity – over 30+ areas. She has authored 13 books and 100 papers.

With 25 years of experience in education sector, Dr. Tara Elizabeth Courchaine Fox, EdD, has distinguished herself as a leader in supporting students with disabilities. She is presently serving as the Chief Research and Development Officer at CAST Inc., leading initiatives to enhance educational opportunities through innovative research and development strategies. She was Education Program Specialist at the U.S. Department of Education from 2015 to 2021.
